Ridiculous Tons of Compacted SNOW & Blizzards!

I have already blogged some of these photos on another blog of mine, so if you've already seen or read it, I'm sorry...

These were shot on February 12th, 2015
South Weymouth (Mass) USA
South Shore Greater Boston
New England

By mid February this snow had become so friggin' ridiculous that I often was uninterested in even looking out the window... and my bedroom window more than half way snowed-in with piles and piles of snow. If you think these photos look crazy, there was more that followed this, and I just didn't even bother to photograph it. Not only that but it was so cold, that it was often below ZERO degrees Fahrenheit! (0 degrees C = 32 degrees F)

As you can see, the window of my bedroom is snowed in!

This stuff is NUTS! CRAZY! 
I've just about HAD IT UP TO HERE LITERALLY! And this is the visual to prove it!

It snowed the rest of the month usually every day, or night, and all night, or all day, sometimes with a few breaks, and sometimes some rain, then it would snow again, or we'd get an arctic blast of wind...



It's March now, and YES, we've had some snow this month also...

The Point Where We Start Getting Snowed In: Mid Feb Blizzard 2015

You might actually be able to see the plastic covering the window in some of these if you look closely.

This is is the point where we started to get snowed-in... you think I'm kidding?

These were shot on February 11th, 2015 in South Weymouth, South Shore Greater Boston (Mass) New England.

This was the point where the entire floor of my first floor so-called "balcony" was totally covered in several inched of snow on an incline, and pressed into the windows & screen.

Don't tell my spouse, but, I stood on the coffee table to shoot these, and you cannot even see the parking lot.

Early February Blizzard of 2015

I shot these on February 2nd, 2015. 

The snow just kept coming, and coming.
Here you can see my first floor so-called "balcony". There became so much snow that they stopped plowing it into the bushes, and started to dump it elsewhere with industrial construction machinery. At least you can still see my wind chimes in this photo, but by the end of this storm the entire banister was covered in snow, including my wind chimes, which by now have been gobbled up by the compacted snow and ice.

Here you can see a the view peering out of the lobby of my building during the blizzard. SO much snow is falling that the camera cannot even catch the fury of snow.
You might not be able to see it, but the walkway was tunneled out, and was almost a full yard high on even just the parts which weren't piled up snow. The areas where it's a pile of snow, and snowdrifts, are easily over 1 1/2 yards in height.

And this was when it was just getting started for February.
My daughter had almost no full school days for nearly the entire month.
