Gloomy New England Snow Storm

This was 1 of the 1st snow storms we had in 2013.

You can;t see the falling snow, because it wouldn't catch it. But, I shot these in the snow, and it kept getting into my eyes.

I really don;t know why the scripting got all weird here... and I have no idea how to fix it. I've tried everything I could think of, and I give up. *throws up hands*

New England Snow Globe Photos

Snow globe photography in New England

I'd purchased a Japanese wide angle fisheye lens last year, specifically because I wanted to shoot in the snow. I'm still learning it, and need more practice with it. But, I like experimenting. It's a macro, lens but I like edgeier ways to play with photography.

I'd seen other photographers play with things for winter, and I was very inspired by that.

So, here you can see how it's fun for winter, because it makes your world look like it's captured inside of a snow globe.
